Lets have ourselves a picnic, shall we?
I kind of want to do this every weekend. These girls are some of my favorites and the food was approved by everyone with AND without a gluten allergy. That’s always the big test.
It doesn’t take much, but with time and consistency, it’ll become easier for people with food allergies to eat outside their home.
On the menu:
- Cucumber and avocado sandwiches
- Quinoa and mushroom stuffed bell peppers
- Shrimp skewers
- Strawberry Lemonade
- Cookies, gluten-free
