Being pregnant with an appetite of a five year old [boy], all while trying to maintain a HEALTHY gluten-free food blog, is becoming rather challenging. I’ve also been in Seattle this past week visiting family, which means I haven’t unpacked our kitchen in Portland yet. This weekend, it’ll happen.
I don’t know how many of you eat PB&J’s anymore, but I’m telling you, grilling them is like a WHOLE NEW sandwich. Warm sandwiches are my new thing.
If you’re not into it, I bet your five year old will be.
What you need:
- bread – gluten-free or whatever you prefer
- peanut or almond butter
- jelly of choice
- butter or cooking spray
