I just have to tell you that I just made this to put over spag squash and it is sooooo good. My basil plant is going insane right now so I was excited to try this recipe. Can’t wait for the hubs to come home and try it!

Love really is the key ingredient. This roasted tomato sauce looks delicious, and would definitely go well with some gluten free roasted walnut and caramelised onion scones (I think I’ll make a batch this weekend)…oh now I’m hungry again!
