Healthy Smoothies Featured in RUE Mag. Print Recipe

Hey look at that, my smoothie ~~obsession~~ love landed over at Rue Magazine!

A few weeks back I had the honor of working with the talented photographer, Edyta and the fabulous Rue girls on their food column for the February Issue. In the beginning, I went through the ingredients for all three smoothies and there were a few, “uh, wha?” and “interesting…”.

You know me and me health-nut, crazy combos.

Then the highlight was their facial expressions after trying each one and then the email saying they’re drinking them every morning. Now THAT is one of the reasons why I love what I do.

If you were wondering, all smoothies are 1. dairy-free 2. gluten-free 3. contain 1 unique ingredient 4. and delicious!

Those little glasses are too cute and your smoothies are the most vibrant colors! Can’t wait to try some of your recipes! When you make yours in advance, do you store in the fridge rather than the freezer? My make ahead smoothies never seem to turn out!
