You sold yet?
I heart pistachios.
Thankfully, this little green nut is full of antioxidants, fiber, and also good for your heart. More nutritional information, here.
Sprinkle these healthy guys [& a little sea salt] over the melted dark chocolate and you’ve got yourself one healthy treat!
Chocolate + sweet + salty. Holy heaven.
Now, if you’re willing to part with this, these also make great gifts. . . OR just double the batch, half for you, half for them. That works too.
When I first made this, I halved the batch – big mistake, I know, and my husband and I ate it ALL. Shocker, had to make it again for a hostess gift.
ps. The first batch I left off the cranberries and it was still delicious.
