Here are a few sneak peaks from my brunch [on my balcony], but be sure to check out the full feature [pg. 104] loaded with recipes and entertaining tips!

It’s the little things.

The many uses for a cake stand. Serving pancakes and propping up the syrup.

Ingredients for the mimosas . Do not forget, very important.

Healthy options along with the pancakes include: Gluten-free pumpkin granola, Greek yogurt & almond milk, or milk of choice.

Some people like granola and milk vs. yogurt, it also allows the guests with dairy allergies to enjoy the granola.

Then the toppings – gotta have toppings – for either the pancakes or the granola, blueberries AND chocolate chips.

Tip: If setting flower arrangements on a food table, avoid the ones that are heavily scented.

Choice of pumpkin OR original pancakes, both gluten-free, of course. You probably wouldn’t even know if I hadn’t of told you.  Just saying.

It’s nice to have options, that way your guests can customize their pancakes however they’d like.

Everything from blueberries, chocolate chips, whipped cream, powdered sugar, syrup, and butter.

There you have it,  the table is set folks. Lets eat!
