Introducing, the nerdy couple. again.

This is when I wish I knew how to edit. Hope you got a good laugh. I obviously did.

FYI: I’ve never made a cooking video before. Let’s hope it only gets better. For your sake too.

1. Mash as much or as little avocado as you like on your toasted piece of bread. Sprinkle with a little salt + pepper.

2. Add sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with a little more salt + pepper. If you can, take advantage of the delicious heirloom tomatoes.

3. Top with your over “easy” egg(s). Easy, hard, whatever you prefer. You’ll only get this joke if you watched the video. If only I knew how to edit…

Dig in and enjoy!

I absolutely love eggs. If I had a last meal on Earth, I wouldn’t go to Michelin star restaurants. i would simply die happy if I had eggs and cheese, and this great tasting breakfast sandwich just made my mouth water. Looks delicious and I can’t wait to make it!
