Chocolate. Peanut Butter. Espresso. Shake Print Recipe Print Recipe

This motivates me to workout.

so does new music, but that doesn’t really fit with this post.

here, just six ingredients to a YOU KICKED BUTT workout shake:

  1. frozen bananas
  2. creamy peanut butter
  3. unsweetened almond milk [or skim]
  4. vanilla extract
  5. cocoa powder
  6. espresso, optional

recovery, it’s like dessert.

For the recipe, visit Nescafe Dolce Gusto Facebook page.

This would be such a welcome treat after a hard workout, but the espresso is definitely NOT optional.

This will be GREAT in my vitamix. I bet I could just toss some peanuts or almonds in whole instead of using peanut butter.

I’ve made this same one for years, but without the espresso! How did I never think to add that? It was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up following a short run. Thank you!
