Homemade Chocolate Pudding

The last time I ate chocolate pudding it was from the refrigerated section at my local grocery store. It didn’t settle well, go figure. I saw this and decided it was time to experiment with my own version of a gluten-free & lactose sensitive chocolate pudding. I used Almond milk and chocolate from Enjoy Life and it was the perfect fix to my late night chocolate cravings!
However, if you can handle chocolate, I would recommend going with the good quality, dark chocolate. Don’t skimp, if you don’t have to.
