{Quick & Easy} Roasted Broccoli & Garlic Print Recipe Print Recipe

Thank you, Trader Joe’s for making it easy to eat my daily serving of vegetables.

Step 1. Pick up a bag (or bunch) of Broccoli & garlic

I love garlic. I can eat that entire packet, roasted.

My stomach (& others) don’t like me when I do that.

Step 2: Throw it on a baking sheet

Step 3: Toss with olive oil, sprinkle with salt + pepper

Step 4: Roast for 40-50 minutes at 375 degrees

Crisp & crunchy, just how I like it.

Now what?

1. Serve as a side dish

2. Add to your salad

3. Mix into your eggs (or egg whites)

4. Wrap in a tortilla with hummus (or cheese)

    I discovered roasted broccoli this winter and I LOVE it. I prepare mine very similar to how you do, but I add a bit of lemon juice, zest, and parmesan (after roasting). Heaven.

    Oh my gosh! We eat roasted broccoli at least 3 times a week. It is my FAVE! But I never thought to roast garlic that way! I love roasted garlic and how sweet it gets. I can’t wait to try this!

    I buy the packs of garlic at Trader Joes but I know you can also buy them at Whole Foods. Good luck and enjoy!
