{Quick & Easy} Roasted Broccoli & Garlic

Thank you, Trader Joe’s for making it easy to eat my daily serving of vegetables.
Step 1. Pick up a bag (or bunch) of Broccoli & garlic

I love garlic. I can eat that entire packet, roasted.
My stomach (& others) don’t like me when I do that.

Step 2: Throw it on a baking sheet
Step 3: Toss with olive oil, sprinkle with salt + pepper
Step 4: Roast for 40-50 minutes at 375 degrees

Crisp & crunchy, just how I like it.

Now what?
1. Serve as a side dish
2. Add to your salad
3. Mix into your eggs (or egg whites)
4. Wrap in a tortilla with hummus (or cheese)
