Berry-licious Smoothie
Print Recipe

Health Week is baaaack!
I figured after all the nachos and wings you consumed yesterday, you’d be ready to dive into a pool of spinach and broccoli. I realized the only liquid I consumed this weekend was mimosas in the morning, champagne before dinner and then it was bottles of wine after that. My parents would be so jealous proud. Needless to say, I had the best birthday weekend, thanks to my fabulous sister and best friend for making it so special!

I apologize if you’re still in the middle of winter, but it’s freaking hot here. I’m not complaining, but the Seattleite in me wants it to cold, with the chance of snow. Yeah, no. The fact that it’s 70 degrees and I need to drink something without alcohol + Trader Joes is stocked with the huge containers of blueberries, this berry-licious smoothie had my name (& possibly yours) all over it. I’ll drink this as a pre or post workout snack or sometime I’ll have it to hold me over before breakfast. It’s refreshing and soooo good!
Don’t go anywhere, I’ll be sharing healthy recipes all week long!
