Best. Christmas. Ever.
Print Recipe

A quiet Christmas, just the two of us and it was PERFECT!

We ate. Gluten-free Pancakes, delicious! My husband got creative with mine…

We drank. Mimosas and then later, Bloody Marys.

We were spoiled. There are some traditions I hope never end – referring to the little blue box.

We didn’t bake, but apparently Santa thinks I should have. I agree.

We snacked. BEST & most addicting {homemade} Chex Mix.

We Competed. I’ll be posting our Gingerbread houses for YOU to judge!

We cooked. Our very FIRST Turkey and it was AMAZING! Sorry about the view…

I’m in heaven. Shot this with my NEW camera lens: 60mm 2.8 Macro.

Although we weren’t with family this Christmas, my husband and I decided to create our own traditions. I know I already told you, but it was honestly the best Christmas. Aside from everything listed above; we laughed, we played, we danced and we sang. Seriously, we did all those things even though we can’t dance and we can’t sing. We didn’t care.
{NEW} Thiele Traditions:
Christmas Eve: {Shredded} Chicken tacos, wine and exchange of gifts between my husband and I.
Christmas Morning: Pancake breakfast with mimosas, unwrap gifts, Skype with family, decorate gingerbread houses, and roast a turkey.
What are some of your Christmas traditions?
