I’m mildly obsessed with anything pumpkin, yet sadly haven’t consumed ONE pumpkin food or drink item. Now if only one of the neighborhood coffees shops {yes, you Starbucks} would carry rice or almond milk, I would probably go broke or become 5lbs heavier drinking pumpkin spice lattes. Every visit to the grocery store, I end up with 1-2 cans of pumpkin puree with the intention to bake something {anything, really}. Sadly my husband won’t touch anything that might have a trace of  pumpkin, squash, or sweet potatoes in the the ingredients. Not that his disgust with pumpkin will stop me from baking, at least it hasn’t in the past. Assuming I’m not the only one with this seasonal craving, I thought I’d share these {pumpkin} sweet treat recipes {above}. We might as well start practicing now with the holidays {Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas} just around the corner. Alright, ready – set – bake!

This makes me SO hungry! I am obsessed with pumpkin too AND I wish Starbucks had other non-dairy milk options!! I made pumpkin whoopie pies a few weeks ago and they were heavenly. I may have to try those blondies next or the Pumpkin Pie Martini recipe I have!
